Supplies Needed: Filter needed: VM Natural -Sparkle PSP 8 (any version will work) I'm using the amazing work of Robin McQuay. You must have a license to use her work and can purchase one at one at Up Your Art Font Used: Copper AltCaps My supplies - here :::Lets get started!::: Open a new 550x490 transparent canvas. Flood fill white. Add a new raster layer. Flood fill this with a gold color. Go to Layer/New Mask Layer/From Image and select your gabeemask13 (source luminance and invert mask data checked) Then go to layers/delete and click yes...then merge group. Resize if needed. Then go to Adjust/ add noise / random with monochrome checked/ noise at 47%. Open your frame and use your magic wand tool and select inside of the frame and go to selections / modify / expand 3. Open your dark green paper and paste as a new layer under your frame. Open your main tube or image and paste as a new layer also under the frame. Go to selections/invert and hit delete on your tube layer and dark green paper layer. Merge these visible. Duplicate and rotate each layer. See my tag for reference. Open your remaining embellishment tubes and arrange on your tag. Add your copyright info. Now It's Time To Animate! Go back to your mask layer and apply your vm natural sparkle. You might want to play around with the settings to get the desired effect. Copy your canvas merged and paste as a new frame in animation shop. Back in psp go to edit / undo plugin and redo the sparkle changing the random seed. Again copy merged and paste after current frame in animation shop. Repeat this for a third time....save your taggie and you're done! Hope you enjoyed my tut!
