:::Lets get started!:::

Open a new 575x500 transparent canvas. Flood fill white. Add a new raster layer. Flood fill this with a dark
color from your tube. Go to Layer/New Mask Layer/From Image and select your maskCris16.jpg
(source luminance and invert mask data un-checked) Then go to layers/delete and click yes...then merge group.
Use your raster deform tool to make this smaller. Then open the included
mask layer and paste on top of your maskCris layer.

Using your ellipse preset shape (line width 3.0) tool draw out a circle to frame your maskCris layer.
Make sure the background is null. I used a dark gray for my foreground.
Convert to raster layer then go to adjust / add noise and apply the following settings:

Noise 90% -random and monochrome checked

Open your scrapcircle_by_Jessica tube. Paste on your canvas.
Go to selections / select all / float / invert selection. Do not deselect!

Open your main tube image and paste as a new layer. Add a drop shadow of choice.
Then hit delete on your keyboard. Go to selections / select none.

Open your remaining embellishment tubes and arrange on your canvas.

Type out your name then add a thin gradient glow followed by a drop shadow of choice.
Add your copyright info.

Now It's Time To Animate!

Open your twinks.psp in animation shop and make sure all your frames are selected
and the propagate paste button is highlighted.

Back in psp copy merged your canvas then paste as a new animation in animation shop.
Duplicate this frame for a total of 16 frames. Then go to edit / select all.

Go back to your twinks.psp and copy then paste into selected frame on your tag.
I added the twinks to each of the diamonds.

Save your taggie and you're done!

Hope you enjoyed my tut! I'd love to post your results in my GALLERY. You can email me your results along with your name HERE
